Unlike other formal groups associated with the school, the Site Council is made up of representatives of all stakeholder groups. Parents, students, teachers, classified staff, and administration each have an equal voice. By uniting these diverse perspectives, the Council plays a unique role in providing insight, feedback, and leadership for the school.

One of the most important tenets of the Site Council concept is that it is not a committee of “buddies” of the principal or staff. Rather, each stakeholder group selects its own representatives. To accomplish the selection of parents, we are now soliciting candidates. If you’re interested in serving on the Council, you can apply by contacting your student's teacher.  If more than 4 parents apply, an election will be held to select the parent representatives.
