All NPA student must have a schoool issued Chromebook. This is required for independent study testing.

Clear History
-
Login to your Chromebook
-
Open Chrome window
-
Click on 3 dots in the upper right corner of the window

Click on “More Tools”

Click on “Clear browsing data” on the left-hand side of that box
-
Make sure the Time Range is “All time”

Click the items you wish to clear, usually “Cookies and other site data” & “Cached images and files”

Click “Clear data” button
Reset Wifi
-
Login to your Chromebook
-
Click on the wifi icon in the menu on the bottom right of your screen

Close all open windows
-
Log off
-
Turn off
-
Let sit for 10-20 seconds
-
Turn on
-
Click on the wifi icon to turn wifi back on
-
Log in
-
Try to open windows that were previously blocked"
